Payment

I take USD. Many payment apps allow transitioning currencies
I take payment through Paypal and Cashapp only. These will be sent to the commisioner upon order.Money will be sent after the sketch is completed to ensure satisfaction and to prevent theft or scamming

Refunds

Emergency commisions never offer refundsOnly specific situations with garner a refund.
This is due to the fact that I often spend multiple days on a commision, and I cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction on any piece I do, as hard as I may try.I keep the paid money in my account until the commision has been confirmed by the commisioner in case of a refund

Declining Service

I, as a creator, have the right to deny a commision if it:
•Violates my tos
•Makes me uncomfortable
•Or if the commisioner is rude/disrespectfulIf I feel any of these have occured, I will inform the commisioner before ending our interaction. If behavior gets out of hand, I am at liberty to block the individual.

Updates & Progress

I always send continuous updates of a commision through all parts of the process to confirm accuracy and satisfaction. If there are specific parts of the commision process you would like to get updates on, feel free to inform me.If I have a specific question about a commision, and you do not get back to me within 24 hours, your commision will be taken off of priority until you get back to me.
This excludes commisioners who have informed me beforehand that they will be busy or sporadic when responding.If, within a month, a commisioner has not responded, the commision will be cancelled and a partial refund will be issued.

Credit

My watermark should always remain on my artworkYou should always credit my Instagram below my work in a description.I have a no tolerance policy for art thieves. You are not allowed to use my artwork in any way without my proven permission.
